My nom de plume in cooking comes from the Swallow Collective in Berkeley,
where the members decided that Antoinette was too elitist. I have been working for the last 20 years as a therapist with the chronically mentally ill in a public clinic; but my passion continues to baking and cooking.
I bake sour dough breads for two clinics and other goodies =).
My son Adrian Reynolds is the consumate foodie, food writer living in Milan and I direct most of my recipes to him but hope others find them interesting.
